I was just thinking about this. I was also a senior at GSU and it was a blue-sky sunny day. I had just finished up a class and was on the way to eat lunch at Pizza Inn with a friend. The college building had tv monitors in the hallways and I remember looking up and seeing the Pentagon in flames. I had no idea about the WTC yet. We went to lunch and sat by a big screen tv and watched everything happen. I just remember thinking - is this really happening?

i can perfectly remember where i was. i was home trying to understand what kind of person who can do such horror and terror while trying my best to contact all of my friends who were in new york during that time even if i was too exhausted from work.
