A picture from the 5k I ran

3 days later, and I’m still on a high from my first 5k.  Here is a picture taken of me from the final quarter mile or so.

I have to admit, it’s a pretty studly picture.

    You are runing so fast that parts of you are a blur...

    Running this 5K will proabably result in some longer distances running for you and more than likely have you keeping track of your times.

    It is the usual evolution of runners. You should find yourself a nice 3 mile route free from too many street crossings.

    I can't help but notice a steady plugging of Crunk Energy drink. Is this the same drink Lil' Jon the rapper came out with? If so I remember meeting his mom when I worked at the airport and she was giving them out.

    @MTAE - You'er right. This morning I did about 4 miles, which is longer than normal. New shoes + eating a little something before hand make it a lot easier to do!

    @Mackalicious - yep, same drink. I love that stuff!

    Congrads on the race. I ran a 5k once and only once. I noticed the crunk plug as well but can't bring myself to try it. Guess I'm missing out.

    Do the advertisers of Crunk know that you cut off the sleeves of their shirt? Or better yet, does your mother know that you messed up a perfectly good shirt? Hmmmm???!!! You're in big trouble, mister...BIG TROUBLE!
