I could really go on & on here...I'll give you one really good tip...READ THE LABELS. If it says 'diet', 'fat free' or 'sugar free' chances are it contains an amount of artificial sugar substance (ASS). That ASS quite literally adds to your ass! When your body has fake sugar, it increases your cravings for real sugar. So if you want sugar, just have it. Have it in a reasonable dosage. There's a ton of articles online, so educate yourself! You ought to know what you're putting into your body!

Great post, as I was saying in the other thread, my weakness is eating healthy. I can't seem to make myself cook on a regular basis, so I am looking for super easy healthy meals. The other post suggested kraftfoods.com which is a pretty great site with cooking videos.

What are some of your favorite easy/healthy meals?

As far as meals and cooking, that is tough for me since I don't cook! But, Progresso makes some really good, filling soups that are 240 calories for the entire can, which is 18.5 oz worth of soup. Those are good, plus those little 100-calorie Snacks are a great way to eat a good-tasting food, but not overdo it.

a GREAT resource for anyone that eats out a lot is Dott's Weight Loss Zong (www.dwlz.com). It might not be the prettiest website, but you will find nutrition info/WeightWatchers point values for TONS of restaurants. Here is a direct link to the restaurant section: http://dwlz.com/restaurants.html

fivemos, I haven't checked out Hungry Girls. Gonna google it. I'm still taking pics of my weight & will make one big post about it. I'm nervous, but oh well. I'm going to get over myself. ;)

Everyone with an iPhone should check out the "Nutrition Menu" this app allows you to collect nutrition data from a massive list of restaurants and grocery store foods. It cost $2.99 but is well worth it. This app will let you gather all kinds of nutrition information from all the places you eat.

how does it compare to "Lose It"? I would be interested in trying this out, but only if it offers a lot more since it isn't free. Any thoughts?

I replaced lose it with this app, because it has restaurant specific info. I would say it very much worth the $3.00.
