Gonna google it. I'm still taking pics of my weight & will make one big post about it. I'm nervous, but oh well. I would be interested in trying this out, but only if it offers a lot more since it isn't free. Any thoughts?

Re: BigRigg Challenge

I love this website and also Hungry Girls! If it says 'diet', 'fat free' or 'sugar free' chances are it contains an amount of artificial sugar substance (ASS). That ASS quite literally adds to your ass! When your body has fake sugar, it increases your cravings for real sugar. So if you want sugar, just have it. Have it in a reasonable dosage. There's a ton of articles online, so educate yourself! You ought to know what you're putting into your body!

Re: BigRigg Challenge

a GREAT resource for anyone that eats out a lot is Dott's Weight Loss Zong (www.dwlz.com). It might not be the prettiest website, but you will find nutrition info/WeightWatchers point values for TONS of restaurants. Here is a direct link to the restaurant section: http://dwlz.com/restaurants...

Re: BigRigg Challenge

As far as meals and cooking, that is tough for me since I don't cook! But, Progresso makes some really good, filling soups that are 240 calories for the entire can, which is 18.5 oz worth of soup. Those are good, plus those little 100-calorie Snacks are a great way to eat a good-tasting food, but not overdo it.
