After the whole wedding ring incident, and Jack's persistence in looking for the island, along with the other ones you mentioned, it seems like the only viable theory. I'm also pretty sure Claire is one of the Oceanic Six, since in Desmond's vision of Charlie's death, he said he saw Claire and the baby get on a helicopter. Or maybe...well who knows.
