The other one is free too, only you can do SO MUCH MORE with it! You just need to have web space somewhere.

That looks like something they should build in to Wordpress automatically. I use Wordpress.com for my personal blog, but my blog for family pictures and videos is hosted. However, even if they block FTP at work, my hosting company has a web-based interface that lets me upload files through my browser without FTP. I'm saving this to my del.icio.us in case I need it some day though.

I agree, it should be there automatically, and they should also do it for uploading new themes. If I find a great theme here at work, I can't upload it until I get home. The more I use this plugin, the more I love it!
