RagamuffinTop Challenge week 11

The big news this week is that I ran a 5k yesterday! It was my first one ever, and I finished with a time of 37:27. I know that that is pretty slow, but for me, it’s great. So lets see how the rest of the week will treat me:

@MTAE - I am only jogging on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and sometimes on Saturday. I still have a lot of weight coming down on my legs, so I need to take it easy.

yeeeyyyy!!! run 10k and that 7lbs will go down the drain. running is fun! used to do it all the time back when i was still very young.
