You might need to change your eating habits up a bit and add a little exercise, but it's a lot easier than I thought it would be, especially with a goal in mind.  THanks!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;@MTAE - I think for right now, I am going to set another weight loss goal.  Maybe 25 more pounds.  After that, the goal will be to tone up.  But the immediate goal is to lighten up the load on my knees and ankles when I run.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;@Toby - thanks man!
