Well, folks, here are the results of this week’s weigh in. Last week, I weighed in at 286.6. This week, I tried to run more, even to the point of injuring myself so I couldn’t compete in a 5k. But that being said, here are the results:

Are you finding yourself feeling better...more positive?
I have been limiting my soda and snacking a lot. I can't completely give up my Mt. Dew, but I am not keeping one at my side at all times. At this point that is where I make my stand. My wife wants me to "try" diet stuff. I have and they are gross. Even the Diet Dr. Pepper and whatever vile syrup she throws in front of me.

As far as snacking and stuff, I usually indulge in Fiber One bars. Those things are so good, and taste almost like a candy bar. Drink-wise, I'm really into unsweet tea with Splenda in it. And, Diet Mtn Dew isn't THAT bad!
