Knowing that I have needed to do this for a long time and finally am is a boost to the ol' self esteem.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As far as snacking and stuff, I usually indulge in Fiber One bars.  Those things are so good, and taste almost like a candy bar.  Drink-wise, I'm really into unsweet tea with Splenda in it. I can't completely give up my Mt. Dew, but I am not keeping one at my side at all times.   At this point that is where I make my stand.  My wife wants me to "try" diet stuff.   I have and they are gross.
