RagamuffinTop Challenge week 7

This week was pretty standard as far as exercise goes.  I try to jog Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.  Food-wise, I ate pretty well (minus Monday night), so let’s see how I did:

  • Having a peek at your feet on Sunday night is becoming a bit of a tradition.

    When I was wrestling, we used to spit in a cup all day to make weight. We could just about take off three pounds that way. Of course we'd just put it back on when we drank water.

    I know it doesn't apply to you now, but I think it just shows how easy it is to fluctuate a pound or two.

  • Ha, I'm glad I can be a weekly event for you! It's funny, before I weigh myself, I do everything I can think of to lose weight. I will try and force myself to go to the restroom, which, if you don't have to go, there's no sense in forcing it, if you catch my drift.
