Who Else could have played Indiana Jones?

Before I get into this, I want you to know that Harrison Ford is easily the best choice for Indiana Jones.  His look and personality made those movies.  So please don’t think that I wish someone else got the role.  I’m thankful he got it.

    Tom Selleck's da man. He would have been a great Indy, as long as he was the first and only. I hate it when the actor playing a character is replaced.

    Hi Adam. Found my way here courtesy of Mark Lee's blog. I'm a big Indy fan. It is hard to imagine someone other than Ford playing the part. I think Selleck would have been pretty good in the role. He had the right look and build for Indiana Jones (although Indy with a mustache? Don't know about that). Alec Baldwin might have been OK if the movies had been 5-7 years later than they were, but I think he was a bit young to have taken the role in 1981. I'm just glad Selleck had a conflict and we got Ford, who was Spielberg's first choice to begin with.
    I saw Kingdom of the Crystal Skull last night and thought it was pretty good. Indy's still up for the challenge!

    Yeah, I saw it last night as well. For being as old as he is, he did a GREAT job. Indy is BACK!
